This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for MaturIQ are handled.
MaturIQ is operated by Assure Axis Ltd (“Assure Axis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17018646 and registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
Paid transactions for MaturIQ are processed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for purchases.
This Refund Policy applies only to self-serve MaturIQ subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
The self-serve plans currently processed through Paddle are:
- Starter
- Pro
If you purchased a Starter or Pro subscription through Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
Refund requests for Paddle-processed purchases should be made through Paddle using the links in your receipt or subscription emails, or via Paddle support.

Enterprise and custom agreements
This Refund Policy does not apply to Enterprise licences, custom commercial agreements, statements of work, implementation services, or any other arrangement purchased directly from Assure Axis Ltd.
Any such purchase will be governed by its own written commercial terms and refund position.
